New York City has some of the strictest requirements on serving process in the country. Serving process itself is a fairly difficult endeavor no matter where you serve, but meeting all of the requirements of the NYC DCWP can be difficult. ServeManager is DCWP compliant in all requirements, some of which our internal standards actually exceed.
Please note that due to recent updates in the DCWP, we are now able to generate your compliance report if needed. Contact us to begin the process.
Adding GPS coordinates to your service attempts is practically a no-brainer after your initial setup. It will just happen on its own whenever you make your attempts. As a requirement these need to be stored for a minimum of 7 years. From our end of things we will store your attempts, including your GPS coordinates, for an indefinite amount of time, even if you should decide to discontinue serving. Even if you're not in NYC there are a number of benefits to using GPS coordinates, many of which are highlighted in this article.
Meeting our requirements has been very simple with the use of the Servemanager application. GPS time stamps have never been more accurate with fewer glitches than with ServeManager.
