How much does it cost?

Everyone starts with a free 14 day trial, NO credit card required. The free trial is the full version, with access to every feature.

At the end of your trial you can purchase a monthly subscription based on your job volume. There are a number of subscription options available on our pricing page.

Does the mobile version cost more?

The mobile version is included at no additional cost.

Do shared jobs count towards my monthly job count?

Yes, all of the jobs you receive and create will count towards your monthly job count.

If you receive 50 jobs, and you create 40 jobs, your monthly job count is 90. The subscription plan would be up to 130 jobs per month.

Will it work on a Mac? on Windows?

Yes, ServeManager will work on all major operating systems.

Do I need to install anything?

No, ServeManager is browser based; there's no software to download or install. The only requirement is a current browser that is up-to-date.

Is ServeManager secure?

Can ServeManager be customized for my business?

We don't offer custom development, but there are several ways ServeManager can be optimized for you and your workflow.

Can I use my own document or affidavit?

Yes, for a small fee we can add your documents and affidavits, or modify one of our existing templates to meet your needs. Only subscribed members can request custom documents.

Can I take online payments from my clients?

Yes. ServeManager has integrated with Stripe, an online payment platform trusted by companies like Twitter, Lyft, Shopify, and Squarespace.

Does it work with QuickBooks?

ServeManager allows you to export a variety of data, from jobs to invoices. These spreadsheets (csv files) can be manipulated and imported into third-party software. However, there are only a few versions of QuickBooks (e.g. QuickBooks Enterprise) that allow you to manipulate their database or import data in a meaningful way.

Through Zapier ServeManager can connect to Quickbooks online, to recreate invoices issued in ServeManager. Read more about this integration here.
