If you would like to send holiday greetings to your company contacts or simply mass contact in general, follow the below steps.
First navigate to the Companies page. From here you can click the Export Spreadsheet option just above the list on the right side. This will generate a CSV file with primary contact email address and primary physical address.
To send a holiday email to your contacts, look for column L, this should be Primary Contact Email. From here you can highligh the column and copy it to your clipboard cusing control/command-c. Open whatever email tool you may use and click in the BCC field, paste this data with control/command-v. Using the BCC field will prevent the recipients from seeing the recipient list.
To print labels for sending holiday cards or other mail you can also pull Primary Address info from this same file. Depending upon what program you are using to generate your labels you will most likely import the file and utilize columns D through H as these contain the individual portions of your company conacts' addresses. This process will generally be labeled as a mail merge in most programs that generate labels. If you're using Avery labels a tool to print labels can be found on their website here.
