New Feature: Bulk Email Invoices

Here at ServeManager we are always trying to bring new innovations and solutions to the table, to further improve our user's day-to-day operations.

With our newest update, users can mass email multiple invoices at once. This feature can be found in the Company's Invoice Tab or the Court Case's Invoice Tab.

From the Invoice list, users will notice a new option in the Bulk Options list called "Email". After selecting the necessary invoices and pressing Email, a pop-up box appears showing the number of invoices selected, how many invoices have already been paid, a message box, and a list of contacts to select to receive the email. Options include the client contact assigned to each job, the process server assigned to each job, as well as the contact list of the client company and your own company.

Users will notice that when using the "Mass Issue" Bulk Option, the option to email the invoices also appears when confirming.
