Easier Job Navigation, Better Filters, and Free Accountability Reports
- September 29, 2026
We’ve rolled out a few updates to make working in ServeManager faster and easier.
Job details stay in view
When scrolling through a job, the header now stays fixed at the top of the page for all ServeManager accounts.
That means your job number, status, and job actions remain within reach, even when you’re further down the page.
More flexible job filters
We’ve also improved filtering on the Job Index and Job Boards.
-
Court State can now be filtered by multiple states at once, including a new None option for jobs without a court state.
-
State is now multi-select on the Job Index and also includes a None option.
-
State, Court State, and County now use searchable dropdowns, making it easier to find what you need.
-
Filters applied by a Job Board can now be adjusted directly instead of being hidden.
We’ve also improved how the State filter works. It now matches the address shown in your job list—using the primary address when one is set, or the available service addresses when there isn’t one.
This makes your filtering results more consistent with the information you actually see on the page.
Accountability Reports are now free to generate
Generating an Accountability Report will no longer add a $0.25 usage charge to your account.
We’ve also removed the previous warning about the charge, so you can generate reports whenever you need them without an additional fee.
If Accountability Reports are already enabled for your account, there’s nothing you need to change.
These updates are designed to remove a few extra clicks, make filtering more predictable, and make everyday job management a little easier.
